Farmer’s Market: Opening Day

Our highly anticipated farmer’s market finally started up again today – it must be summer after all!

Our haul: blueberry honey, hand-shelled black beans, snap peas, radishes, cheese, cilantro and strawberries!

Update: Farmer’s market dinner!

Salad with snap peas, radishes, greens from Sue’s garden, carrots, grapes, pecans + balsamic vinaigrette. Radishes with butter and sea salt on Red Hen Mad River Grain bread, and Ayr cheese on crackers with kalamata olives! The strawberries were dessert…
